HOW I WORK

Clarity first. Execution second. Growth always.

I start with the business constraint, define the result worth creating, and lead the work from strategy through launch and improvement.

01

Discovery call

A 30 minute call to define the problem, users, budget range and deadline. You leave with a written scope summary.

1-2 days
02

Scope and proposal

Feature list, architecture outline, milestone plan and fixed quote. No work starts before the scope is agreed.

2-5 days
03

UI/UX design

Wireframes then high-fidelity screens in Figma, reviewed with you before a line of production code is written.

1-3 weeks
04

Development sprints

Two week sprints with a working preview link at the end of each one. You test features as they land.

4-16 weeks
05

QA and launch

Automated and manual testing, performance and security checks, app store submission or production deployment.

1-2 weeks
06

Support and scale

Monitoring, bug fixes, analytics review and an agreed monthly capacity for new features.

Process questions

How long does it take to build an app?

A focused MVP takes 4 to 10 weeks. A full production web or mobile application typically takes 3 to 6 months depending on integrations and compliance requirements.

How do I build an MVP?

Define one core user journey, cut every feature that does not serve it, design the screens for that journey, build it with a stack you can extend, launch to a small group of real users and decide the next build from their behaviour.

What does the development process look like?

Discovery call, written scope and quote, UI/UX design, two-week development sprints with preview links, QA and launch, then ongoing support.

How often will I see progress?

A working preview link at the end of every two-week sprint, plus a short written update and a call if decisions are needed.

What do you need from me to start?

The problem you are solving, who the users are, any existing designs or systems, your deadline and your budget range.

Do you handle App Store and Google Play submission?

Yes. Store listings, assets, privacy declarations, review responses and release management are part of a mobile engagement.

What happens after launch?

Monitoring, bug fixes and an agreed monthly capacity for improvements, with analytics reviewed to decide what gets built next.

How is quality assured?

Code review on every change, automated tests on critical paths, manual QA against the agreed scope, and performance and security checks before release.
